Required Skills：
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science
- Have shipped at least one commercial videogame product
- High proficiency in C/C++
- Experience in either graphics/rendering, or gameplay/AI
- Able to diagnose and solve problems quickly and independently
- Able to learn and master complicated code systems
- Able to write clean, bug free, well documented and efficient code
- Passion for videogames
- Good team player

Job Responsibilities:
Game concept/ Gameplay design for 3D MMO sports game
Collaborate with design, art, and programming to create and tune features and systems
Provide feature and game design ideas and documentation to continually enhance user experience, game balance, and over quality.
Requirement & Skills:
Strong passion to design and implement high quality game products
Over 2 years experience as a game designer and experience to ship 1 or more multiplayer games
Strong understanding in both action/sports and casual games
Knowledge in UI, UE and level balance design
Strong self-learning and problem solving ability
Analyze real-time feedback and metrics, and adjust game design and tuning accordingly
Passionate interest and strong knowledge of basketball/NBA is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
