Product Manager takes a major role-play in FunPlus project development process with focusing on time management, task shuffling and follow up, as well as progress checking and delivery. By working closely with development team, project manager needs to take all necessary means to ensure the final content of game builds get completed on par and on time.
• Oversee project development progress for IT developed by BI, Payment and Game Distribution Department.
• Develop and maintain project schedule, wiki as well as specific knowledge-base, project memo and other documentation
• Discuss and define tasks with BI, Payment and Game Distribution team and focusing on execution possibilities, time-line and team bandwidth.
• Clearly communicate the tasks and the deadline of the build to IT and game team and other stakeholders, developing and maintaining clear metrics of performance
• Establish best practices to ensure scheduled tasks are fully engaged and completed, speed up task resolution and create efficiencies for upcoming game development
• Constantly collaborate with the game team to identify and communicate risks, roadblocks and other potential challenges
• Collaborate with various partners within the organization to create, execute and maintain detailed launch plans including: internal/external project mile-stone, online issues and partner requirements
• Coordinate with all function teams for build release/feature testing/server update with focus on timeline and
• Optimize tools/ software/ process to improve project managing procedure and implement as feasible
• Manage multiple game projects when necessary
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR：
• Mobile platform experience strongly preferred
• At least 2+ Years of experience in Project Management and Experience managing multiple IT/Internet/Game simultaneously
• Experience writing project plans and specification documents
• Strong understanding of PM methodology in an Agile working environment
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Smart-sheet
• Basic technical understanding to facilitate context when evaluating tasks
• Experience working with IOS, Android, Facebook and Amazon developer requirements desirable is plus
• Strong sense on time management, result oriented
• Exceptional communication skills in Chinese and English; Verbal and written
• Excellent analysis skills and attention to details
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Team player with good people skills
• Fluent in English!
