We are looking for a Chinese Integration Manager. Right candidate will join Xsolla Korean office to work with team.

Xsolla现面向中国和韩国的中国人，诚招一名技术集成经理。并将加入Xsolla韩国公司，并一起工作。

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with Integration Director to plan and execute work for new interfaces, enhance existing interfaces, and troubleshoot integration issues as they arise through all stages of development, implementation, and production operation.
Maintain and track project issues
Development and support of technical documentation up to date
Tech video guides and webinars translation (from English to Chinese)
Be the main point of integration contact in China
Participate in industry events and tradeshows to meet potential partners and represent Xsolla
Visit potential partners to present and help to integrate Xsolla
platform (China and Asia)
Build trusting, collaborative relationships and partnerships with team members, help accomplish key business objectives
Provide integration progress reports to head of Integration every week

工作职责

协助技术总监，制定新界面计划工作，提供现阶段技术，并完善处理在产品开发，执行和运营每个阶段的问题。
跟踪项目发展进度
开发并更新技术支持文件
完成技术视频指南和翻译（英翻中）
负责联络中国业务
参与行业内活动和展览会，并代表Xsolla会见合作伙伴
采访商业合作伙伴，完成Xsolla技术对接（中国和亚洲部分）
与团队建立信任，合作关系，致力完成主要销售目标
每周向技术总监汇报对接进度

Requirement

Over 3 years of project integration and management experience, knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Fluent in English and Chinese

Analysis of customer requirements, working with technical teams of contractors, architectural team and development team

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and verbal and written communications for technical and non-technical audience

Game industry experience is a plus

拥有3年或以上的项目对接和管理经验，精通项目管理技术和工具
中英文流利
分析客户需求，与承包商，设计团队和开发团队一起协作
分析能力突出，注重细节，能顺利进行技术性和非技术性的口头和书面交流
熟悉游戏行业或又相关行业工作经验者优先考虑
